Returns & Refund Policy -  Wholesales / Bulk buyers 

Our policy does not allow for any PPE Hand Sanitiser products  to be returned – this is for safety reasons and we are not authorised to re-sell returned Hand Sanitiser. If you have any unwanted or unused products, you can take it to a local authorised disposal area and dispose of the products safely.


If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is dispatched. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date of the dispatch confirmation (the date on which we notify you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the contract between us is formed.

Returns of PPE products - Face Shield & Mask 

We hope that you will be happy with any product that you order from us. However, in the event that you wish to return product to us because it is: 

  • (i) not as described;
  • (ii) not fit for purpose; or
  • (iii) damaged or faulty
Return  fee 15% will be applicable on total ordered invoice 

We will refund the price of the PPE - in full together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs that you incur in returning the item to us.
